While talking to a portal in a recent interview, the actress revealed that she suffered a miscarriage back in 2015 when she was performing on Broadway. She further spoke about finally talking to her friends about the tragedy and said, “I had to keep it real otherwise…So when it did go well for me, having been on the other side — where you have the grace to be happy for someone — I wanted to let my sisters know, ‘You don’t always have to be grateful. I see you, and I’m with you.’”
Fans and people worldwide have sent messages of love and support for the actress, with many calling her brave for opening up about such personal loss.
The actress also suffered from infertility issues the second time she got pregnant. She also took to Instagram to show her support for women worldwide going through a tough time with pregnancy back in 2019.
