On September 15th, Paytas announced that they had given birth to their first child with husband Moses Hacmon. The YouTube star shared three photos of them and Hacmon holding their baby girl and smiling brightly in the hospital room.
Paytas captioned the announcement post with, “She has arrived. Meet our daughter, Malibu Barbie Paytas-Hacmon. Born 09.14.22.” The couple’s fans celebrated their successful birth in the comment section and congratulated Paytas, particularly for birthing a beautiful child.
One of the comments was a congratulatory message from YouTube star Kandee Johnson. It read, “YAY! YAY! YAY!!! She’s here!!! Congrats mama! And it looks like she has her mama’s exact same, beautiful blue eyes!.”

Paytas, who announced that they’re non-binary in April and now use they/them pronouns, recently dispelled rumors that they’ve given birth on the day of Queen Elizabeth’s death and that her daughter was a reincarnation of the late monarch.
They addressed the conspiracy theory in a TikTok and said, “Yesterday on the internet, I, for some reason, was trending. And I was so scared because I’ve been trying to stay out of drama and everything, and I realized the ultimate internet troll got trolled. And not in a good way. This was attention I did not want.”
In the video, Paytas also expressed their sympathy for the royal family and criticized people who had joked about Queen Elizabeth’s death. She said, “There was a great tragedy, it felt weird. I’m a millennial, so I felt weird that people were meme-ing this death.”

In the TikTok video, Paytas also expressed how distressed they were about the immense attention the reincarnation conspiracy theories had brought them and their family. They claimed that the memes of them and the Queen made them feel “sad” for their unborn child.
Paytas said, “My baby is not even born, and she’s just like this joke of the internet. Please be kind to my baby. She deserves love and respect.” She also tweeted about the trend on Twitter and said that they never expected the entire conspiracy and that it was very embarrassing.
Paytas’s tweet read, “I’m still so confused by yesterday. Truly. Like it feels like I’m in a simulation fr fr. Like the actual Truman show or something. Imagine all this speculation of your unborn daughter coming out of nowhere. I truly, for the first time ever, don’t know how to handle this.”
They’ve Been Open About Their Infertility Struggles
34-year-old Paytas has been very open about their infertility problems with fans. In a 2016 video on their YouTube channel, Paytas revealed that their doctors had diagnosed them with PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease). PID is an infection that affects the reproductive organs and can cause infertility.

However, on Valentine’s Day this year, Paytas shared a photo of a sonogram and three positive pregnancy tests on her Instagram, announcing their pregnancy. They captioned the post, “Love at first [heart] beat.” They continued, “I’m in disbelief in so many ways but at the same time it just feels right. All of a sudden I just feel a sense of purpose.”
