THE VALLEY couple Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez have dropped $1.3 million on a big home in Santa Clarita.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal the soon-to-be parents of four signed the deed on their 2,800-square-foot house on March 17, and it was made official in Los Angeles County on April 15.
The home features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, which will be big enough for the growing family with four young children.
There’s also a massive pool, deck and yard for all the kids to play in.
The U.S. Sun can also confirm Danny, 41, and Nia, 35, are in the process of selling their Encino apartment.
The couple found a buyer, who will take over their three-bedroom pad for $839,000.
As of April 21, the home is in contingency, meaning the deal is in motion.
IT’S OFFICIAL!
Pregnant Nia, who showed off her growing baby bump in a stunning yellow dress, revealed the family was moving to Santa Clarita on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen Tuesday night.
“We are moving to Santa Clarita!” she announced. “We had to compromise! I have a baby coming.”
“We have the house. We’re moving in a few weeks.”
On The Valley premiere, which was filmed last year, Nia told Danny she wanted a fourth baby sooner rather than later.
Danny replied that a bigger home further away from LA in Santa Clarita was necessary if they were going to expand their family.
Though Nia appeared reluctant, it seems she eventually gave in to the move after getting her fourth baby.
Nia and Danny announced their pregnancy in December.
“It was a complete surprise,” Nia told Us Weekly. “I was shocked but I knew that Daniel would have a full mix of emotions. So I told him on his birthday, exactly a week after I found out.”
“We had a plan. This was a little bit earlier than our plan. But we figured this baby needed to come at a certain time. Just a little earlier than planned.”
“I think we’re just gonna go for a football team,” Danny chimed in.
Nia and Danny, who are expecting a baby girl, will soon be parents to four under four.
They also have twin daughters Isabelle and Zariah, nearly 2, and son Asher, 3.
“Four under four is going to be a wild, beautiful ride! At the same time, we are so ready for it,” she told People.
“Our three little ones are in such a sweet spot right now where they love to play together.
“They are all aware that there is a baby in mommy’s belly, and they are all excited about it.”
As The U.S. Sun previously reported, The Valley stars all got a big pay raise for season 2, after a wildly successful first season on air.
