KAILYN Lowry has shared a rare snap of her one-year-old son as her family enjoyed a fun dinner together.
The Teen Mom star took to her Instagram Story on Thursday to share an adorable shot of her young son, Rio, sitting in his high chair.

Kailyn, 31, shares Rio, born in November 2022, and her newborn twins with her boyfriend Elijah Scott, 25.
She is also a mom to Isaac, 13, with her ex, Jo Rivera; Lincoln, 10, with her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin; and Lux, six, and Creed, three, with her ex, Chris Lopez.
The photo showed four of her seven children sitting at the kitchen table of their Delaware mansion while assembling their own pizzas for dinner.
Each kid had a personal-sized pizza dough on a plate in front of them, along with individual bowls of tomato sauce, pepperoni, and cheese.
In the front of the shot was Isaac, pouring out his sauce, with Lincoln and Lux making their own dinners behind them.
In the very back of the photo was Rio, who was adorably leaning back in his high chair with his arms in the air.
Rio appeared to be wearing a gray onesie as he waited for his dinner at the kitchen table.
The rare picture came after one fan asked in Kailyn’s Q&A: “What other ‘make your own’ dinners do yall do?”

The MTV star has been sharing glimpses of her young son on social media ever since she revealed in October that she and Elijah had quietly welcomed Rio nearly a year before.
Around the same time, she finally admitted to being pregnant with twins after months of fan speculation.
The Teen Mom 2 alum gave birth to twins – a boy and a girl – just last month.
However, she has yet to announce the news and instead has been acting like she’s still pregnant.

Last week, the Teen Mom 2 alum shared another rare snap of Rio while continuing to keep fans on their toes about her twins.
Another IG Story showed her toddler enjoying a bowl of soup as she gave fans an update.
The snap had Rio’s face hidden as he picked up the bowl to sip out of the bottom.
Rio was wearing a black, long-sleeved shirt and had his curly hair on display as he sat in his high chair once more.
The photo came as one fan asked her which of her children was the “best baby” in another Instagram Q&A.
“Rio Million,” the MTV star wrote alongside the photo.
Kail has been sharing glimpses of Rio on her social media over the past few months, typically opting to keep his face concealed.
