While fans have been complimenting Rihanna, others have been raging, saying, “This better be the album cover,” as many demand new music from the We Found Love singer.
Rihanna shared a glimpse into her new Savage x Fenty collection, Soft N’ Savage.
The Pon De Replay singer posed in a matching leopard bra and underwear while lying upon a leopard-printed chaise on Instagram.
Many gushed over Rihanna’s youthful look, while others were upset the new launch wasn’t related to new music.
“Girl, this better be the new album cover,” said one fan.
“Riri, I wish you were dropping new music like you dropping these IG posts,” commented another.
“Ok so we got the album cover with no album,” joked a third.
“What a pretty photo for an album. I hope this is a hint,” wrote a fourth.
The last time Rihanna released an album was on January 28, 2016, with her eighth studio album, Anti.
While she hasn’t released an album in nearly a decade, Rihanna has since released a few songs.
Her latest songs, Lift Me Up and Born Again, were part of the soundtrack for the 2022 Marvel film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
While Rihanna hasn’t consistently released music, she has been equally busy with her multiple businesses.
In addition to Savage x Fenty, Rihanna owns her makeup line, Fenty Beauty, and skincare line, Fenty Skin.
In 2024, Rihanna revealed a new hair care line called Fenty Hair.

While Rihanna hasn’t released a new album, she has since performed her hit songs on multiple occasions.
