FANS have slammed the renovations inside the farmhouse of Little People, Big World’s Audrey Roloff.
The former Little People, Big World star took to her Instagram Stories and shared a sneak peek at the inside of her home, worth an estimated $1.5 million.
In the snapshot, the interiors of the two-story farmhouse seemed under construction – with its bare white walls and stripped floorboards.
A railing appeared missing from the second story.
The floor was littered with ladders, broomsticks, and wooden boards.
Sons Bode, two, and Radley, one, seemed to be wandering around their empty living room space.
“It’s a coming,” Audrey, 32, jokingly captioned the post.
THE COMMENTS
In an online thread, critics assumed the worst and claimed the home renovations “would never be finished.”
One critic speculated: “I feel like this will never be done.”
Another critic claimed, “They probably rushed to get that flooring done. Then Jeremy got home and decided to change it all up.”
A third critic theorized: ” I think the original size fireplace looked better. Something about it now seems odd. Waste of time.”
A fourth person trolled: “Maybe the house will be complete by the time all four kids graduate from high school.”
A commentator chimed, “Imagine paying so much money and time spent, and it still looks the same.”
Audrey and her husband Jeremy Roloff, 33, share their three little ones: Radley, Bode, and daughter Ember, five.
In mid-November 2023, the couple announced they are expecting a fourth child.
‘INSANELY EXPENSIVE’
This is not the only time the ex-TLC star updated fans about her property in Hillsboro, Oregon.
In late April 2023, the reality star held an online Q&A session with her followers.
A fan asked, “Any updates on your home?”
In her lengthy response, Audrey shared: “Home renovations are insanely expensive right now.
“It has us feeling a little stuck with what we want to prioritize because the house needs so much… but we can’t do even close to it all.”
She admitted: “The house was a fixer, and we saw the potential and vision…but one year later, the cost of making that vision come to life is harder than we anticipated it to be.
“Not to mention all of the not-so-fun things that need fixing, HVAC, well, the deck is falling apart and not safe, roof.”
The TV personality continued: “The layout of our house is rough with only three bedrooms downstairs and us wanting to grow our family… it still has the previous owners’ smells baked into the carpet and dry walls.
Audrey concluded: “The kitchen cabinetry is peeling and there are stains and sticky spots we can’t get clean no matter how hard we try. And of course, it’s all super dated.”
