Infuencer Dani Austin in Two-Piece Workout Gear Asks "Do I Get a Medal for This?"

Dani Austin is a popular influencer known for her humorous Instagram videos and candid approach to life. Currently expecting her third child, Austin recently shared a funny video highlighting the challenges of pregnancy, captioning it, “When you’re pregnant and the smallest task feels like the biggest accomplishment.” From hiking in Colorado to enjoying healthy foods like strawberries, tomatoes, and peanuts, Dani incorporates wellness into her routine. She also prioritizes hair care, sharing her favorite products with her followers.

Austin likes to go for hikes to stay in shape. In the first photo in this Instagram post, she is seen hiking with her husband and kids in Colorado. Austin captioned the post, “A week in the mountains is good for the soul ❤️ The weather has been sooo beautiful (not sure if I’m ready to go back to the Texas heat 🥵) Getting to slow down & spend time with family is the absolute best! Hope y’all are having the best holiday weekend ❤️💙🇺🇸”

Austin makes sure to eat healthy. In the previous Instagram post, she is seen enjoying a bowl of healthy foods. In it, she included strawberries, which have a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, “Strawberries are a great source of vitamin C (ascorbic acid), which you need to get from food, as your body can’t produce it. In rare cases, people who don’t get enough of this crucial vitamin develop scurvy, a disease that causes bleeding, bruising and anemia. Vitamin C plays an important role in wound healing. And it may prevent and treat respiratory and systemic infections too.”

Austin loves tomatoes. She is seen enjoying them in her previous Instagram post, in the photo of the bowl of foods. The Cleveland Clinic reports that tomatoes have a lot of benefits. “A fruit that’s often mistakenly called (and prepared like) a vegetable, tomatoes offer fiber, vitamin C, potassium, folate and more. And the bright red color of a ripe tomato isn’t just a feast for the eyes. The color comes from lycopene (giving tomatoes their red pigment) and beta-carotene (contributing the orangey glow), two antioxidants responsible for some of the health benefits of tomatoes.”

In her previous Instagram post, Austin is also seen enjoying peanuts. According to The Cleveland Clinic, nuts are a great food to incorporate into your diet. “A 1-ounce serving of nuts contains between 160 and 200 calories, of which 80% to 90% is composed of fat. So, yes, nuts are high in fat. But that’s not a reason to write them off. The fat in nuts is primarily monounsaturated fat. When substituted for saturated fat in your diet, monounsaturated fat can help reduce your total cholesterol. They can also lower your LDL, or ‘bad’ cholesterol levels, while maintaining your ‘good’ cholesterol, HDL.”

Austin makes sure to take care of her hair. She shared one of her favorite products in this Instagram post. Austin captioned it,LADIES! It’s time to DO 👏🏼 LESS 👏🏼And my new 3-in-1 Leave In Conditioner is a great place to start 🤩 – detangles – hydrates & reduces frizz without weighing it down – protects against heat up to 450 degrees.”
