TAMMY Slaton has had some big baby news.
The 1000-Lb. Sisters star believed she could be pregnant. But her sister Amy had a different explanation for her strange recent behavior.
The next episode of 1000-Lb. Sisters features the day Tammy paid a visit to her OB/GYN. And she dragged Amy with her.
While discussing her recent health, the doctor asked Tammy when the last time was that she had her period.
Tammy, 37, shockingly confessed she couldn’t remember, as seen in a clip shared by People.
And there might be some fallout from her forgetfulness.

“There could be a slight chance I might be pregnant now,” Tammy ponders.
As Amy and the doctor looked on, Tammy explained her changing body.
“I’ve been craving weird things that I’m not normally craving,” she continued. “Like water. I’m craving water.”
That froze the other two ladies in the room, who didn’t know how to process a craving for simple water.

Later, in a confessional, Amy laid it all out.
“B***h, you ain’t pregnant – you’re thirsty,” Amy joked to the camera. “You’re just thirsty, b***h. Go drink you some water!”
SAYING GOODBYE
In the episode, Tammy admitted she probably wasn’t pregnant, because her husband lived in a different state.
That meant the show was taped before June 30, 2023, when Caleb Willingham passed away at the age of 40.
The two were far apart from each other after Tammy was released from a rehab center, but Caleb was forced to stay.
His passing sadly didn’t come as a shock to the reality star. An insider told The U.S. Sun that Tammy thought Caleb “didn’t care about getting better.”
After Tammy was released from rehab in February, Caleb wasn’t showing any improvement in his weight, habits, or health.
The two attended the same facility in Ohio.
The source claimed: “Tammy was trying so hard to get him to turn around because she’s like, ‘Look, I did it,’ and he didn’t have the motivation or the willpower.”
Quickly after Tammy’s release, she and Caleb got into arguments about him not making an effort to move with her to Kentucky, The U.S. Sun previously reported.
However, the source admitted: “They were best friends and were supporters of each other in the clinic, and [his death is] devastating for her.”
On July 30, Tammy and Amy attended Caleb’s funeral in Kentucky.
The star was very emotional as she broke down into tears.
READY TO MINGLE
But time seems to have healed her heart, and Tammy looks like she’s ready to give love another shot.
Shortly before Christmas, she took part in a popular TikTok trend.
In the short clip, the TLC star used a filter that revealed her Christmas soulmate.
It revealed that her partner would be a coworker, who would eat her cookies and cream treats, and would all happen next year.
“Hell naw never I’d never be with a co worker because my coworkers are my family lol but fr single life,” she captioned her post.
In the video, Tammy wore a festive red sweater with a graphic t-shirt underneath and a floral headband around her neck.
The TV personality also showed off her stunning weight loss that has been captured on her show – including her slimmer face.
