Technology continues to advance and it makes you wonder just how far it will go. Will we be living in a society like a sci-fi movie one day? Who really knows? Either way, it sounds like the Metaverse is trying to be as futuristic as possible after announcing a virtual Notorious B.I.G. concert.
That’s right. According to Hot New Hip Hop, a virtual version of Biggie Smalls will be performing a concert in the Metaverse. You can also watch the performance on Facebook as well. On top of that, it’s supposedly going to be a “hyperrealistic VR concert.” Which means it could look incredibly real.

However, everyone is roasting the Metaverse for this announcement. Look, pretty much everyone loves the Notorious B.I.G. but is a virtual rap concert really necessary? Can we let the guy just rest in peace? It’d be one thing if he were still alive, but this is kind of in bad taste.

Can we find the guy who thought this was a good idea? We have questions.

We’ll see how well this virtual concert goes. Although many are roasting the idea, there will surely be a ton of people tuning in. We just hope this isn’t the future of concerts.
