A movie called African American Psycho: The Hip Hop Freak that was recently released on the ad-supported streaming service Tubi seems to be based on the alleged exploits of federally indicted and currently imprisoned rapper and producer Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
While the film is not *officially* confirmed to be based on Diddy, the main character’s name of B-City rhymes with P. Diddy, and that’s simply one of the many connections that movie and music fans see to the disgraced rapper and producer, such as B City wearing clothes that say “Bad Boy.”
“Rap artist and mogul B- City is struggling to keep a grip on his reality, slipping back and forth between being in the spot light and having a dark side behind closed doors, City is finding it hard to maintain both lives successfully,” production company 9/10 Productions Film says of the project.
