The first trailer to John Wick: Chapter Four — the sequel to 2019’s John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum — has been released. The film will hit theaters in the United States on Friday, March 24, 2023.
Lionsgate has released the first full trailer for John Wick: Chapter Four, which is set to finally hit theaters on March 24, 2023
John Wick: Chapter Four stars Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburne, Ian McShane, Lance Reddick, Donnie Yen, Bill Skarsgard, and Clancy Brown. Directed by Chad Stahelski, it’s a sequel to John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, which hit theaters back in 2019 and grossed over $327 million at the global box office.
Chapter Four is set to be the biggest film in the John Wick franchise yet as it boasts a $90 million budget, which is about $20 million more than Chapter Three and a whopping $70 more than the original 2014 film.
In addition to Chapter Four, production on the spinoff Ballerina, which features Ana de Armas in the lead role, officially began earlier this week. Excitingly, reports indicate that both Reeves and McShane will be reprising their roles as Wick and Winston in the film. There’s also John Wick: Chapter Five in the works, which will likely begin production next year.
The John Wick franchise first launched in 2014 and has since grown into becoming one of the most beloved action franchises of all time and arguably the definitive role of Keanu Reeves’ storied career.
