TEEN Mom star Leah Messer has landed a new real estate job after struggling with her career in recent years, as she has even sold her first home.
Leah, 32, stars on Teen Mom: The Next Chapter with the series following her life in West Virginia with her daughters Ali and Aleeah, both 15, and Adalynn, 11.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal Leah now works at West Virginia real estate agency Property Elite, LLC, according to her license.
The company announced the new hire in April 2024, as a Facebook post read, “We are very excited to welcome Leah Messer to our wonderful real estate family.
“Leah Messer is a real estate agent, television personality and author born and raised in West Virginia. Millions watched her navigate motherhood at a young age and overcome the trials she faced on the MTV series, 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom 2.
“Leah plays an active role as a leader in her local community and has a deep passion for helping others and she uses her platform to provide resources and information. She is an advocate for children with unique differences and their parents.”
The announcement continued, “Messer is a determined businesswoman, however, her job as a mother is always her number one priority. She takes pride in being a single mother of three beautiful and individually unique daughters Aliannah, Aleeah, and Adalynn.
“Please help welcome Leah to our family!”

REAL ESTATE CAREER
Leah has struggled with her career in recent years.
Leah first posted about working toward obtaining her real estate license in 2020.
On a 2022 episode of Teen Mom 2, Leah was filmed studying for the exam.
She said in the clip, “Last year I started an online course to get my real estate license. In a few weeks, I’m taking the exam.”

Teen Mom: The Next Chapter Cast
In September 2022, MTV blended their long-running shows Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 to one series following the young mothers’ experiences raising their kids and co-parenting with their baby dads. Here’s a list of the entire Teen Mom: The Next Chapter cast.
She scored a job at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Central in Cross Lanes, West Virginia.
But was let go from the company in October 2023 of that year.
Leah said over Instagram, “I wasn’t prepared when I walked into my current sponsoring broker’s office a couple of weeks ago that I would be told that because of unforeseen circumstances, it wouldn’t be a great fit for me at their company.
“So I redirected and started this interview journey with new potential sponsoring brokers. Wish me good luck during the rest of my interviews this week.”
Then Leah revealed she got a job as a server in 2023, as she said on Instagram that she “loves it.”
