TEEN Mom Jenelle Evans has been slammed by fans after she posted a seemingly insensitive TikTok video.
The 32-year-old reality television star shared a TikTok of herself to Instagram just 1 day after her husband’s child abuse charge was upgraded to a felony.
A North Carolina court clerk exclusively told The U.S. Sun that David was indicted in his child abuse case for his alleged September attack on Jenelle’s son, 14.
1 day after, Jenelle filmed herself in the front seat of a car miming along to a Portuguese song.
She wore a blue t-shirt and left her brunette locks down.
“This song is always stuck in my head and I don’t speak Spanish at all,” she wrote, with a laughing face emoji.

Some fans thought this was strange and flocked to Reddit to discuss their thoughts.
A user uploaded the video onto a popular Teen Mom thread and asked other users their opinions.
“Yeah Jenelle, we know you can’t speak Spanish. She barely speaks English,” the original user titled the thread.
“Those two Spanish words being Portugués and inglés…,” they added as a caption.
‘OH GIRLIE’
A few followers thought her video was supposedly inappropriate given the situation with her boyfriend, David Eason.
“Imagine looking like a smug b**ch and eye f**king the camera while your huzzzzbin is facing a felony charge for assaulting your child,” wrote one enraged fan.
“Ma’am. Don’t you have charges and investigations to worry about instead of being so incorrectly smug?!,” said another.
“This is what she’s choosing to spend her time & energy on? Jenelle, I know you lurk here- Grow up,” added a fourth.
Other fans noticed a mistake, with the song being Portuguese and her claiming she can’t speak Spanish.
“Oh girlie she’s not speaking Spanish either,” noted a user.
“English isn’t her speciality either,” someone joked.
DAVID’S CASE
The post came after David’s case was upgraded to a felony.
According to a clerk, David was in court on January 10.
“They found enough evidence to take his case out of district court, where misdemeanors are held, and bring it to superior,” the court spokesperson said.
“District court hears misdemeanors, traffic and other infractions, whereas felony cases are heard in superior.”
The district attorney’s office confirmed there was a grand jury on January 10, but said it was too soon for the 35-year-old’s child abuse case to be updated in their system.
