TEEN Mom Farrah Abraham has shown off her massive cheeks and blue tongue.
In an Instagram Story, Farrah, 32, shared a snapshot of herself after she seemingly drank something with a blue dye.

The Teen Mom OG alum flaunted her flowing reddish hair – combed into two pigtails – as she sat inside her car.
While holding the tall can, the MTV star showed off her acrylic nails and her ring pop candy.
Her puffy cheeks were bright pink as she opened her mouth and flashed her blue tongue.
“Follow me on my fun page,” Farrah captioned the post and shared the link to her OnlyFans page.
ONE MORE SURGERY?
The OnlyFans post came after fans suspected the TV star had too many surgeries.
The commotion started in November 2023 when the mom of one shared a risque clip on her TikTok account and addressed rumors about a secret Brazilian butt lift (BBL) surgery.
In the beach video, she filmed herself as she ran across the sand in Turks and Caicos.
The MTV mom sported an itty bitty white thong bikini in the steamy clip.
“Goals & no I never got a #bbl but then again goals,” she wrote.
In the comments section, fans were not convinced she did not add a Brazilian Butt Lift in addition to her many other procedures.
“Swear! Went from stick to big booty Judy and don’t look natural cause it doesn’t match her thighs,” a fan noted.
About a month before, Farrah shared a short video documenting her cosmetic procedures.
While sitting in the chair at her injector’s office, she announced that she got her cheeks and jaw filled.
Although there were visible spots on her face, Farrah claimed she did not get any injections in her forehead “this time.”
THE BACKLASH
In an online thread, critics could barely recognize her after she got even more injections in her face.
“She’s looking like that woman who got surgery to make herself look like a cat,” one critic said.
“Ma’am you can barely talk your face is so stiff,” another critic added.
“Seriously her face doesn’t move. I don’t get how plastic surgeons get away with this. They absolutely need to regulate this s**t more,” a third critic blasted.
A fourth commenter quipped: “She looks like a puppet now. It looks and sounds like someone off-camera is speaking and moving her mouth,” a fourth person.
“Her lower jaw still moves, and her eyes can still widen a bit. And that’s about it,” a commentator chimed.
Farrah had breast augmentation and rhinoplasty in 2010, and in 2015, she went on to have a third boob job to correct a previous botched procedure.
The 32-year-old star is the mother of her only daughter, Sophia Abraham, 14.
