Farrah, 32, flaunted her bright red hair – far from her natural brunette shade – in the new video.
She promoted Nectar Life USA body lotion, holding up the item that nearly matched the tone of her new tresses.
“It smells so good; I love it!” Farrah told the camera as her bangs and large pout did the rest of the talking.
The Teen Mom star looked notably different, even more so than fans have come to expect, though she’s known for getting plenty of work done.
Farrah debuted her red hair earlier this month.
The changeup was seen as she introduced her latest, still unidentified love interest, sporting touseled red-orange hair and a face of full glam.
The Teen Mom personality was wearing a pink sweatshirt, standing in the kitchen of her lavish home, showing off gifts left for her by her beau.
She gushed: “Three things of why I love my boyfriend today. He got me a lighter. Oh my God. He thinks I really love yogurt. Oh my god, coconut? Love that.”

The midwestern TV personality shared photos from a beach vacation, as well as video footage online, that left some fans convinced that she’s had a Brazilian Butt Lift in addition to the many other procedures she’s had.
NOT SO TEEN-Y BEHIND
The mom of one shared a NSFW clip on her TikTok account, addressing fan theories about a secret BBL.
In the video, she reposted a previous Instagram Story that showed her running in the sand in Turks and Caicos.
She was wearing an itty bitty white thong bikini in the recording.
Her caption read: “Goals & no I never got a #bbl but then again goals.”
In the comments, however, fans weren’t convinced.
“Beautiful but no need to lie mammas,” one uncertain commenter wrote, adding laughing emojis.
A second reacted with: “Swear! Went from stick to big booty Judy and don’t look natural cause it doesn’t match her thighs.”
“Ain’t no way that’s real,” a third quipped.
While it’s unclear if Farrah’s had a BBL, she has certainly had a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty in 2010, and in 2015, she went on to have a third boob job to correct a previous botched procedure.
PUFFED UP BEYOND ALL RECOGNITION
In October, Farrah shared a new video documenting some of her cosmetic procedures.
Followers could barely recognize her after she got even more injections in her face.
She shared the clip on her Instagram Story, sitting in the chair at her injector’s office.
Farrah announced that she got her cheeks and jaw filled.
There were visible spots on her face where she got shots.
Farrah claimed that she didn’t get any injections in her forehead “this time.”
She said she thought she looked “snatched” afterward, showing off her figure in the tight and low-cut black top.
Her hair was pulled away from her face with a paper headband.
The reality star encouraged her followers to consider similar procedures.
Farrah loved the outcome but critical commenters seemed to think it was a touch too far.
On a Teen Mom Reddit forum, fans slammed Farrah for getting more injections.
One wrote: “She’s looking like that woman who got surgery to make herself look like a cat.”
A second critiqued: “Ma’am you can barely talk your face is so stiff…”
Someone else replied: “Seriously her face doesn’t move. I don’t get how plastic surgeons get away with this. They absolutely need to regulate this s**t more.”
