TEEN Mom stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have taken their $433,000 home off the market amid foreclosure rumors.

The couple listed the home for sale in September 2023, dropping the price months after their failure to pay taxes on the house left them in danger of foreclosure.

Catelynn and Tyler, both 32, took the house off the market on Wednesday, according to a Zillow Listing for the property.

The octagonal-shaped house, located in Croswell, Michigan, boasts 2,626 square feet, which includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The Teen Mom stars’ home, featured on the show, has a fireplace, an updated kitchen with a large island, a large main bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and bathtub, a massive deck surrounding an above-ground pool, and a large barn in the backyard.

The price for the home has been changed once, with the couple lowering their asking price from $454,900 to $449,900 in December 2023.

Zillow suggests that the home is worth $430,000, however.

The MTV stars’ had their home listed for close to a year before taking it off the market.

FINANCIAL DANGER

In July, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed a Certificate of Forfeiture of Real Property was filed in March 2024 by a Michigan Register of Deeds Office.

“On March 1, 2024, the following real property was forfeited to the Sanilac County Treasurer for non-payment of property taxes for the year 2022.

“If the 2022 taxes are not paid by March 31, 2025, absolute title to the property and any equity associated with an interest in the property will vest in the foreclosing governmental unit.”

“If the property is not redeemed and is foreclosed and sold or transferred, a person with an interest in the property at the time of judgment of foreclosure may claim that person’s interest in any remaining proceeds.”

Teen Mom dad Tyler Baltierra threatens to ‘divorce’ wife Catelynn Lowell for making him feel ‘unworthy’ in shocking clip-

The amount of taxes due is $5,007.72.

If the amount is not paid, the home could go into foreclosure.

No judgment was filed with the Register of Deeds Office, the U.S. Sun confirmed.

Catelynn previously denied that she and Tyler owed taxes on the home, claiming they owned the property “free & clear.”

Teen Mom: The Next Chapter Cast

In September 2022, MTV blended their long-running shows Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 to one series following the young mothers’ experiences raising their kids and co-parenting with their baby dads. Here’s a list of the entire Teen Mom: The Next Chapter cast.

The couple has faced money woes in the past.

The reality stars were hit with a federal tax lien on December 16, 2019, for $321,789.06.

The lien was paid off in early 2023.

Catelynn and Tyler were also hit with a federal tax lien for $535,010.97 for 2016 and 2017.

They paid that lien off in 2021.

HAPPY HOME

Catelynn and Tyler bought the house in May 2017 for $220,000.

The house is a historic property and was built in 1869 by Great Lakes Sea Captain George W. Smith.

A listing for the house on Realtor revealed that while the home has been outfitted with modern amenities, the historical integrity of the property remains intact.

The house sits on 15 acres of land, and was seen in several episodes of Teen Mom.

KEEPING HOUSE

While Tyler and Catelynn still owned the house when it was listed, they no longer live in it.

The couple, who are parents to daughters Novalee, Vaeda, and Rya, live in a $435,000 four-bedroom, four-bathroom home that they moved into in January 2023.

Property records show that their new home features 4,296 square feet and sits on six acres of land.

It features a barn, a cabin, and a pond.
