SELENA Gomez showed off the results of her pilates workout routine in a new photograph shared online.
Gomez, 32, flaunted her curves while posing on a reformer machine in a picture taken by the actor’s friend and former assistant Theresa Marie.
The picture was shared on Theresa’s Instagram Stories on Sunday night, before it was reposted on X.
Commenting under the post, fans suggested the Only Murders in the Building actor was “breaking the internet” with the picture.
“HEALTHY FIT QUEEN,” one person wrote.
“Mother is serving!!!” another fan declared.

“All of a sudden I’m into yoga and Pilates,” a third joked.
The post comes one day after Selena responded to fan speculation about her appearance, including whether she’s undergone cosmetic surgery.
The video was originally posted on TikTok by Marissa Barrionuevo, who works as a physician’s assistant at a plastic surgeon’s office.
In the TikTok clip, Marissa compares an old photo of Selena with one taken at the 2023 Golden Globes, while explaining why she feels uncomfortable discussing what to “attribute her physical changes to.”
“When it comes to Selena, I literally have no idea what to attribute her physical changes to,” Marissa said. “People say lupus, people say other things. I don’t know, and at the end of the day, let’s just leave her be. I feel like she’s been through enough in her life, and she’s beautiful regardless.”
Reacting to the video, the Lose You to Love Me singer left a comment that read, “Honestly I hate this. I was on stripes because of flare up. I have Botox. That’s it. Leave me alone.”
Selena was diagnosed with lupus, an incurable autoimmune disorder, in 2015.
She has previously opened up about gaining weight as a side effect of its medication, explaining, “No one knows the real story.”
In a TikTok video posted last July, the Disney Channel alum said, “When I’m off of [the medication], I tend to lose weight.
“I just wanted to say and encourage anyone out there who feels any sort of shame for exactly what they’re going through, and no one knows the real story,” Selena continued. “I just want people to know that you’re beautiful, and you’re wonderful.
“Yeah, we have days where maybe we feel like s**t, but I would rather be healthy and take care of myself. My medications are important, and I believe that they’re what helps me,” she concluded.
Shortly after Selena’s comment on her video, Marissa posted a follow-up TikTok apologizing to the star.
“Although I always try to lead with grace and mindfulness, I am sorry this upset you (and I understand why it did),” she captioned the post. “I decided to stop making videos like this last year because of the negative impact it can cause. It was never my intention. [I love you and] I hope we can move past this and be besties.”
Selena accepted her apology, adding, “I love you. Not about you. I just get sad sometimes.”
Selena received her first Emmy nomination earlier this month, as she was recognized for her performance as Mabel Mora in Season 3 of the hit Hulu comedy Only Murders in the Building.
Other nominees in the category include Quinta Brunson for Abbott Elementary, Ayo Edebiri for The Bear, Maya Rudolph for Loot, Jean Smart for Hacks, and Kristin Wiig for Palm Royale.
