Rob Kardashian’s Los Angeles mansion has been listed for sale, with a steep price tag of $13.5 million, The U.S. Sun can exclusively report.
The reclusive star, who has not appeared on his family’s reality show in several years, is now mainly living at his sister Khloe Kardashian’s custom-built Hidden Hills estate, a source claimed.
For years, Rob has been holed up in a lavish six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home in Hidden Hills, which is owned by his mother, Kris Jenner.
The home was put on the market on Friday, February 7, The U.S. Sun can confirm.
The 8,860-square-foot property is where he has raised his eight-year-old daughter Dream with his ex-fiancee, Blac Chyna, in recent years.
The home was often seen in early episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, when matriarch Kris primarily lived on the lavish property.
(She now lives in a Hidden Hills mega-mansion next door to her daughter Khloe.)
The Mediterranean estate is being marketed as a “piece of television history” and sits on a 1.3-acre lot designed for indoor-outdoor living.
The grand entrance with black and white tiled flooring will especially be familiar to KUWTK fans.
The home, nestled in a gated community, offers six spacious en-suite bedrooms and an office, along with large living and entertaining areas and a spacious kitchen.
According to records, it was first bought for $4 million in 2010, and Kris transferred the deed to the family’s longtime money manager, Lester Knispel, in 2015.
It was later reported that Rob had moved in.
Kim showed fans her very private brother’s home in 2020.
“So, I just got to my brother’s house and God, the nostalgia here is insane,” she said on Instagram.
“Guys, do you remember this kitchen just from filming?”
The camera then panned to show the black-and-white flooring that was featured in earlier seasons of the show.
HUGE MORTGAGE
Kris recently said of the home: “I’m so grateful we still have it in the family because it makes me really happy.”
Property records show a mortgage was taken out on the home on June 24, 2019 with JP Morgan Chase Bank for $5.25 million plus interest.
The borrower is listed as family money man Knispel, with the document reading, “Borrower has promised to pay this debt in regular Periodic Payments and to pay the debt in full not later than July 1, 2049.”
Rob often posts photos of parties at the home, including Dream’s Barbie-themed gathering in November 2021, with the entrance decorated with giant pink balloons.
For Christmas 2020, he also shared a series of photographs of the decorations at his home, including a giant tree in the entranceway.
LIFE WITH KHLOE
In September of last year, The U.S. Sun reported Rob has been mainly living in a wing of Khloe’s huge home nearby, as the two have always been close and she is now a single mom raising her two children.
“Fans never see Rob on the family’s TV show anymore but he’s very much around,” a source said at the time.
“When he has his daughter Dream, he lives in a wing of Khloe’s house.
“When he doesn’t have Dream with him, he’s back at his house- the one given to him by Kris.”
“Rob has struggled with a lot of issues over the years, and it’s good for Dream to have a mom figure around when she’s with her dad, and that mom figure is Khloe.
“Rob doesn’t get out a lot, so Dream goes with Khloe and her kids.
“Khloe is only too happy to help- she manages the dance classes, the nanny, the school, the playdates.
“They tell everyone ‘This is our modern family, we want to bring up our kids together, rather than just as two single parents.’”
Khloe is raising her daughter, True, 6, and son Tatum, 2, with ex Tristan Thompson, who is mostly based in Cleveland.
Rob openly talked about his troubles being a recluse during The Kardashian family’s trial with Chyna in 2023, as his ex lost her $108 million case.
She tried to sue her ex’s family claiming they interfered with her contract for Rob & Chyna, a spin-off on E! which ended following the pair’s split.
Taking the stand at court in Los Angeles, Rob admitted: “I’m very insecure with my body, I gained a lot of weight, I don’t like to leave the house because it upsets me.”
