Logan Paul still considering presidential run but says MrBeast would be better

Logan Paul said he’s still considering running for US President when he comes of age, but admitted that fellow influencer MrBeast would be better suited to the position.

Logan Paul has come a long way from his days as a star on Vine. Since his rise to internet fame, he’s boxed Floyd Mayweather in the ring, welcomed his first child and has even become a regular presence in the WWE.

Being a heel isn’t his only ambition, though. Paul has expressed that he’d like to run for President of the United States several times in his career, first announcing his intentions in 2020.

Back then, Paul said he’d likely wait until he was 50 years old “with lots of intelligence and wisdom” before running, pitching his little brother, Jake Paul, as Secretary of Defense.

Logan Paul has mentioned that he’d like to run for US President several times in the past.

He doubled down on this statement in 2023, promising viewers that he would run for the nation’s highest office in 2032.

Two years later, Paul is still considering the move, as told on an episode of his IMPAULSIVE podcast on June 17, 2025.

Logan Paul says MrBeast would make better president than him

Special guest Stableronaldo asked Paul if he still has plans to run for President — to which the YouTuber gave a humble response.

“Maybe,” Logan answered. “I will if I really think I can benefit the country. It’s a very tough job. I’d have to be in a place where it makes sense. I think MrBeast could do it.”

Logan’s comments don’t come out of nowhere; MrBeast has made similar statements about running for President in the past, with the caveat that he’d need to fully accomplish his goals on YouTube, first.

“It would probably be like, when I’m 50 or 60, because I would need to accomplish everything I want in business and stuff. Then probably take 10 years and do something at the local level, then state level, and work my way up. We’ll see,” he said in a December 2024 episode of Theo Von’s podcast.

He also claimed that he wouldn’t focus on creating content at that point in his life, saying he’d likely “focus on running the largest economy on Earth” instead.
