Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Sell Off Artworks From $60M Home

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck‘s marriage is said to be on the brink of divorce, as reports emerge that they are selling off artwork from their lavish $60 million mansion.

This comes after Affleck removed all his things from the property while Lopez vacationed in Italy last month. The embattled couple also listed their marital home on the market for $65 million but has not secured a buyer.

Speculations about Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s marital woes have been circulating for the last couple of months, with the singer allegedly going on a solo vacation to afford herself some space from the actor.

Lopez and Affleck have added fuel to rumors surrounding their troubled relationship as reports claim they’re now selling artworks from their $60 million Bel-Air, California mansion.

According to Page Six, the auction occurred in early June, with collectors and buyers purchasing “art and some pieces” that were “newly on sale” from the property.

The move has intensified speculation that the A-list power couple, who tied the knot in 2022, are on the brink of divorce after placing their marital mansion on the market for $65 million.

A source previously told People magazine that Lopez and Affleck “never” really liked their marital home as the “Argo” actor thought it “too far away from his kids,” while the “Let’s Get Loud” singer thought it “too big for her.”

He has since moved out of the 12-bedroom Wallingford estate into a $100k-a-month Greenwood rental home, close to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner and their three children.

Affleck recently cleared his belongings from his marital home with Lopez. This happened while Lopez vacationed in Italy last month, where she was seen sunbathing on a boat ride with friends.

A source told People that the “Good Will Hunting” actor took advantage of his wife’s absence to clear out his belongings, further fueling rumors of an “imminent” split.

“Ben continues to live at the Brentwood rental. He’s been there for about two months now,” a source shared. “He seems okay. He’s been at his office every day and seems focused on work. He’s also spending time with his kids.”

The couple have also not been publicly seen together in over a month since Lopez joined him for his son Samuel’s basketball game in Los Angeles.

The “Jenny From The Block” crooner is reportedly keen on relocating to New York if her divorce from Affleck progresses and may reignite her romance with former partner Alex Rodriguez.

A source told In Touch that even before her marriage issues with Affleck, she was “pushing for a full-time move to New York” and has now “decided to go ahead with that after the split.”

“She’ll probably keep a place in L.A., but she needs to get away from all the noise and the scrutiny on the West Coast,” an insider told the news outlet.

Another factor in her relocation efforts to New York would be her kids, twins Emme and Max, whom she shares with Marc Anthony.

New York City is understood to afford Lopez’s teenagers the same things they enjoyed back in L.A.; however, it’ll also come with a “fresh start” for them.

“There’s nothing to stop her from taking the kids and making a fresh start back in New York,” the insider added. “They’ve got plenty of schools back east, and she’s got a great social circle there.

With their marriage seemingly nearing its end, the insider went further to disclose that Lopez might start dating again. According to In Touch, there are speculations that she’ll rekindle her romance with her ex-partner Rodriguez.

The insider noted that the “Hustlers” actress was “in her element” when they were together and is “even starting to miss what she had with him.”

Although the former New York Yankees superstar is understood to have moved on with Canadian fitness instructor Jaclyn Cordeiro since October 2022 after he and Lopez called off their engagement in April 2021, the insider maintained that their mutual friends are not so convinced, coupled with the fact that “he’s not married or engaged, so at this point, it’s not beyond the realm that they could reconnect.”

“He’s got a girlfriend now, but J. Lo doesn’t intend to stay single long, and she and A-Rod do have unfinished business,” the source shared.
