After seven long years, Marvel’s Man Without Fear, Daredevil, is back on our television screens, in Daredevil: Born Again. If you’re loving Matt Murdock’s long-awaited return as much as we are, you’ll want to celebrate the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen the right way—by displaying him proudly in your home or office. The folks at Iron Studios have just released the first images of their new 1/10 collectible Daredevil statue. And it’s a beauty. It’s expected to ship during the fourth quarter of this year. Daredevil 1/10 Statue from Iron Studios
This deluxe statue is amazingly screen accurate, and Daredevil’s costume looks just like the one from the current series. And the statue looks remarkably similar to actor Charlie Cox. Well, we should say it looks just like Charlie Cox’s mouth and chin. The new Iron Studios Daredevil statue measures 9.4″ in height x 5.9″ in width, and weighs .07 pounds. The broken bricks he’s standing on have some sort of artwork drawn into them. And these drawings look like the work of Daredevil’s enemy, the serial killer Muse. This is a very cool nod to the current season. He’s also holding his weapon of choice, his signature billy clubs.
Daredevil joins several other amazing Marvel-based statues from Iron Studios. Among them are Harrison Ford’s Red Hulk from Captain America: Brave New World, and Spider-Man Miles Morales. Other recent Marvel statues from the folks at Iron Studios include Doctor Doom, Spider-Gwen, Mystique, and Venom. It will be a long wait for Daredevil: Born Again season two. Maybe having Daredevil holding down the fort in your home may tide you over.
