Andrew Tate plans to stay in Florida for a while. Last month, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis held a press conference to say that Tate was not welcome in his state.

“Florida is not a place where you’re welcome with that type of conduct. Our Attorney General, James Uthmeier, is looking into what state hooks and jurisdictions we have to deal with this. I don’t know how it came to this. We were not involved. We were not notified. I found out through the media.”

Florida’s Attorney General James Uthmeier revealed that Tate was under criminal investigation by the state.

“I directed my office to work with our law enforcement partners to conduct a preliminary inquiry into Andrew and Tristan Tate.”

“Based on a thorough review of the evidence, I’ve directed the Office of Statewide Prosecution to execute search warrants and issue subpoenas in the now-active criminal investigation into the Tate brothers.”

Despite threats from DeSantis and Uthmeier, Tate claims that he’s planning on buying a $44 million luxury penthouse in Miami before the state of Florida throws him in jail.

“Before the AG puts me in jail, I’m going to buy a $44 million penthouse…I’m going to buy a $44 million penthouse, put a new Bugatti in it, and we’re all going to jail in Florida.”

Tate’s latest shopping spree in Miami comes a week after he asked Governor DeSantis to arrest him.

While Tate is in Florida, his ex-girlfriend Bri Stern is suing him in California after accusing him on battery and assault.
