A Minecraft Movie holds the biggest domestic box office of 2025 so far, tallying more than $400 million to date. This popularity has partially been fueled by its rowdy screenings full of shouting, popcorn-throwing, and singing.
The film has also spawned a Billboard Hot 100 hit with the song “Steve’s Lava Chicken,” which set the record for shortest song on the chart with a duration of 34 seconds.
