Jonathan Nolan is all set to astound us with Fallout, a post-apocalyptic drama. The series is based on Tim Cain’s popular video game of the same name. For the past few days, the makers have been dropping posters, teasers, or promos of the show to create excitement.

Fallout Cast
The series stars Ella Purnell as Lucy MacLean, Aaron Moten as Maximus and Walton Goggins as The Ghoul/Cooper Howard. The rest of the cast includes Kyle MacLachlan, Moises Arias, Mike Doyle, Cherien Dabis, Dale Dickey, Matty Cardarople, Xelia Mendes-Jones and others. Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy are the creators of the show. Ramin Djawadi (composer of House of The Dragon, Pacific Rim, etc) provided music for the show.
Fallout Plot/Synopsis
The official synopsis reads – “Based on one of the greatest video games of all time, Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. 200 years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the incredibly complex, gleefully weird and highly violent universe waiting for them above.”
In the trailer, we are shown the world 200 years after the apocalypse. Some people have secured themselves in a residence called Vault-Tec Vault. However, the peace at the Vault doesn’t last long. Whatever happens on the surface or outside the Vault is something no one’s prepared to face. We will be taken on this wild adventure with characters like Lucy MacLean, The Ghoul/Cooper Howard, and Maximus.

Jonathan Nolan’s Fallout series will have eight episodes. All the episodes will drop on Amazon Prime Video on April 11, 2024.
