BRYSON DECHAMBEAU lost it with a fan after he tried to steal a golf ball he intended to give to a young spectator.
The player tossed the ball into the crowd, expecting a young fan to catch it.
But it was intercepted by a much older fan, who then did a runner with DeChambeau’s match ball.
DeChambeau immediately turned his golf club towards the fan to point him out to the crowd.
He then yelled: “Hey, hey, hey! Give that ball back!”
The unscrupulous fan eventually complied and returned the ball to the young boy.
He could be seen running back after being shamed by DeChambeau.
After handing the ball to the kid, a fan could be heard in the video calling Bryson a “man of the people”.
It came after he narrowly missed out on winning the PGA Championship to Xander Schauffele.
He was praised for his “class” when congratulating Schauffele for his first ever major win by CBS broadcaster Jim Nantz.
