Victoria explained to Arabian Moda that her diet is healthy, with a few exceptions. “First of all I love to eat. I am not your green juices 24/7 kind of girl,” she explained. “I must have a dessert everyday and especially chocolate. And what is a night like without a glass of wine? However, I try to avoid eating carbs and especially before a photo-shoot. I also try to limit my amount of red meat intake. I guess you can describe my diet as a Mediterranean, wholesome and vegetable-based diet.”

To ensure she gets all the nutrients she needs, Victoria supplements. “As for my physique, I try to take a lot of vitamins for my hair and skin,” she told Arabian Moda. “Though you should be getting the 100 percent daily value of every vitamin and mineral, essential hair, skin and nail vitamins include: A, E, D and iron. One mistake many make is trying to consume too much of one vitamin or taking unnecessary supplements on top of an already balanced diet,” says the Mayo Clinic.

If you want a body like Victoria’s, you are going to have to sweat for it. “I love working out outdoors like doing some yoga and pilates every now and then. I prefer to go running outside rather than to workout at the gym,” she confessed to Arabian Moda.

Victoria makes sure to get her beauty sleep. “Good sleep is the best,” she told Fans Share. The first thing she does in the AM? “Also when I wake up I drink a glass of warm water with squeezed lemon and a little later I eat a good breakfast of fruit, yogurt, muesli,” she added. “Adults need approximately seven hours of sleep a night, and many people aren’t getting it, according to the Centers for Disease Control and PreventionDr. Virend Somers, a Mayo Clinic cardiologist and sleep specialist, says not getting enough sleep can negatively affect your health,” says the Mayo Clinic.

In addition to her regular sweat sessions, Victoria maintains an active lifestyle. One of her favorite activities? Skiing! “Thankful for this amazing fun ski weekend in Courchevel under the sun,” she captioned this post with photos of her ski trip. Try cross country. “The weight shift in ski-skating and the diagonal stride techniques while gliding on snow increases your balance, and balance is critically important in all sports and as we age to prevent falls,” says UWHealth.
