The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, June 22, reveal that Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will vent to her book agent, who also happens to be a longtime pal of the Abbott clan. Kym Douglas will portray Zelda Winston in this very special episode, which will serve as a tribute to Kym’s late husband, Jerry Douglas (John Abbott).
Zelda will give Traci advice on how to deal with her siblings’ drama and will have a chance to meet Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) while she’s at the Abbott house.
Traci will eventually hope the family home can serve as neutral ground and a reminder of what’s important.
Y&R spoilers say Traci will take charge of the conflict before it gets any worse, so she’ll send emergency text messages to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Traci will feel like it’s time for everyone to resolve their issues – once and for all! We’ll see a very determined Traci do her best to play referee and make things right.
Of course, Ashley and Jack are the ones stuck in a cutthroat battle, but Traci will push Billy to attend so that she’ll have someone on her side.
Billy will completely agree that it’s time for family peace, but Jack and Ashley will be as stubborn as ever.
Since Ashley and Jack will get into yet another heated argument, Traci will have a fierce outburst.
Y&R fans know Traci isn’t someone who usually loses her temper, but her brother and sister will rapidly deplete all her patience.
Traci will push Jack and Ashley to remember their father, so they’ll be forced to consider how John would feel about all the hostility.
That’ll lead to more fighting, so Traci will finally ditch her siblings and force them to get a grip on their anger themselves.
Traci will try to make some positive updates to the whole situation, but she won’t be sure she made a difference.
By the end of the episode, Ashley and Jack will face some memories of John Abbott, so fans will see some fantastic Jerry Douglas flashbacks as his children remember his legacy.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Traci’s efforts could mean good news for Jack and Ashley – at least for however long the newfound peace might last!
