KAILYN Lowry has fueled concern for her young children after she posted a new pic.
The Teen Mom star shared an update on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, but her fans all pointed out the same thing.

In the post, Kailyn, 31, snapped a pic of her fresh nails as she sat in her car.
The MTV alum showed off her short, square acrylics, with a brown design at the tips.
However, the star’s social media followers couldn’t help but notice how sharp the edges of her nails were, and worries for the safety of her babies.
On Reddit, one fan noted: “Bit sharp for handling newborns.”
A second agreed: “Those are SHARP AF with that walk-in appt. If she changes one diaper with those, the kid’s bleeding.”
“Ma’am, you have THREE babies in diapers,” urged a third.
Another fan claimed: “She must not change diapers because those are sharp as hell.”
Kailyn currently has three baby children: son Rio, born in November 2022; and twins born last month, all shared with her boyfriend Elijah Scott, 25.

Alongside the three kids shared with Elijah, Kailyn is mom to Isaac, 13, shared with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera, and Lincoln, nine, with ex-husband Javi Marroquin.
She also shares Lux, six, and Creed, three, with ex-boyfriend Chris Lopez.
THE MORE THE MERRIER?
Some fans suggested that Kailyn would leave her diaper changes to nannies, after many claimed they feel bad for Kailyn’s children after the birth of babies six and seven.
One critic wrote: “This is getting crazy. Hopefully this is her last pregnancy. I feel so bad for her eldest two especially Isaac.”
Another said: “Isaac will have at least one more sibling (if not two) shoved on him. I’m not sure what Lincoln’s reaction will be. Lux will be officially dethroned as the favorite.
“Creed will get even less attention than he already does. Rio will be too young to realize what’s going on.”
The worry for the size of her family comes after fans raised concern that Kailyn was “using” her kids for money.
On Reddit, one person claimed: “The reason she is rich is pretty wild to think about. And the fact that her kids are a huge part of it and they had no say in the matter.”
PLANNING AHEAD
As Kailyn reportedly considers getting extra help with her kids, she also hinted that she might lock her current relationship down.
During a Q&A with fans on Instagram, one follower asked: “Have you and Elijah talked about marriage?”
In response, Kailyn filmed herself and her boyfriend cuddling up for the camera.
In her answer, she hinted that marriage was definitely on the cards, simply saying: “I want a good wedding/anniversary date and I can’t think of any lol.”
Despite hinting that she was open to the idea of marriage now, Kailyn previously seemed very against the idea of getting married.
On her Coffee Convos podcast, she spoke about how Elijah wanted to get married, but she herself wan’t keen on tying the knot.
