RHOM Star Nicole Martin In Workout Gear Goes Hiking In Maroon Bells

The Real Housewives of Miami star Nicole Martin is enjoying the spectacular scenery and hiking trails in Maroon Bells, Colorado. Martin, 38, shared highlights from the trip, including a picture of herself wearing two-piece Dolce & Gabbana workout gear while posing with Anthony Lopez. “The scenic route 🚴🏔️❤️,” she captioned the post. Martin is a busy mother-of-two, and gave birth to her second baby just five months ago. Here’s how the Board Certified Anesthesiologist stays fit, happy, and strong.

Martin uses P.volve ankle weights to give her workouts an edge. “When you’re juggling work and parenthood, there isn’t always time for a lengthy workout,” she told E! News. “Ankle weights can be used at any time of day for some extra calorie burn.  P.Volve Ankle weights are sleek and discrete. You can wear them at work, at the park, at the grocery store, basically anywhere. You can wear them standing, walking, or on the mat for a quick workout.”

Martin’s best beauty advice is to look beyond just makeup. “Everyone’s doing these makeup tutorials on social media. But it doesn’t matter what makeup you use—if you don’t have a good canvas, it’s not going to look good,” she told Real Self. “So I think shifting the focus toward skin care and away from makeup is huge. And also, don’t underestimate the importance of general health and wellness. Beauty is multifaceted. It’s like a pizza pie, and everything is a slice and plays a role—skin care, Botox, overall wellness. It’s multifaceted, and you have to get at it from all angles.”

Martin can’t live without her Lululemon yoga mat. “Lululemon makes the best yoga mat. It comes in a bunch of patterns and it’s reversible,” she told E! News. “It has two sides – a smooth sticky side that helps your hands adhere to the mat but also a more textured side that allows for better grip and traction. It’s a nice thick supportive mat so your knees and elbows don’t feel the pressure.”

Martin is embracing the aging process. “There’s a lot of pressure on women in general, and especially when you’re on TV, to look a certain way,” she told Real Self. “There’s more opportunity to scrutinize yourself. You see little clips, and you think, ‘Oh, I don’t like the way that looks.’ I’m okay with aging and seeing a change in my skin from one year to the next, but it was hard in the beginning, especially during the first season. Now it is what it is, and I’m at peace with that and embrace who I am.”

Martin is proud to be a role model. “I think in general, Latinas are so underrepresented in TV, in medicine, and in so many specialties,” she told OK!. “To be able to represent female physicians and Latinas on national international television, it’s motivating and inspiring…  It’s like the culmination of all your hard work and effort. To show young Latinas what you can do, what you can accomplish, despite the challenges in your upbringing, despite being non-traditional or non-conventional.”
