Louise loves to go hiking. In May, she even hiked Mount Everest, and shared this post on Instagram talking about her experience. Louise captioned the post, “Sunday May 15th at 4.30am we reached the Summit of Mount Everest and stood on the top of the world! 🏔What an incredible journey to get there and an experience that will be with me forever 🙏🏻 It was definitely an emotional roller coaster, especially the last 30 minutes to the summit.”
Louise shared some of her wellness tips in the caption of this Instagram post. She says that she likes to build confidence in herself. “Make an effort. Confidence isn’t about what you look like….
