Conde spilled some of her wellness secrets to American Chronicles. She revealed what she typically eats, and she has a healthy diet. “With regard to my diet, my menu has no dairy or gluten, few carbohydrates, and it is high in protein and good fats. I include all the proteins, good fats such as avocado, olive oil, potato with skin.”
Conde told American Chronicles that she has cut out a few things in her diet. “I do not consume anything fried,” she starts. “Everything must be roasted. I try not to consume soft drinks, no sugar, only substitute and natural stevia.”
Conde’s secret to losing weight is drinking juice on an empty stomach. She revealed her recipe to American Chronicles. “It is perfect to lose those extra kilos, because it works as a natural detoxifier. I do it by blending ground flaxseed, honey, a green apple and a little chia.”
Conde does a lot of weight and strength training to stay in shape. She posts a lot of videos on Instagram of herself using weights. She posted this video of herself doing bridge raises with a dumbbell. She captioned it, “Keep showing up! Don’t stop until you see the result!”
