The day after officially making her return to social media, Meghan Markle shared the trailer for her new Netflix series titled With Love, Meghan.
“I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it,” the Duchess of Sussex wrote alongside the trailer on her personal Instagram. “Wishing you all a fantastic new year! Thanks to our amazing crew and the team @netflix. Beyond grateful for the support – and fun!”
“As ever, Meghan,” she signed off the post.
Meghan revealed in the trailer that she will be sharing “some little tips and tricks” on the show and that it’s “about connecting with friends” and “making new friends.”
The series is set to premiere on Jan. 15, and will feature Roy Choi, Mindy Kaling, Alice Waters, as well as “acclaimed chefs and special friends.” Prince Harry will also be making an appearance on the show. Meghan can be seen cuddling close to her husband in the trailer, which debuted on Jan. 2.
According to Netflix, “This inspiring series, produced by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming, blending practical how-to’s and candid conversation with friends, new and old. Meghan shares personal tips and tricks, embracing playfulness over perfection and highlights how easy it can be to create beauty, even in the unexpected. She and her guests roll up their sleeves in the kitchen, the garden, and beyond, and invite you to do the same.”
With Love, Meghan is one of two nonfiction series that Archewell Productions announced last April. The other, Polo, debuted on Dec. 10.
The news of Meghan’s new series came the day after she officially launched her @meghan Instagram account. HOLA! USA understands that the Duchess was excited to return to social media as a way to reconnect with communities and share updates on projects that she’s been working on, and she hopes to authentically share moments of joy and inspiration from her life, while continuing to advocate for safer, more positive online experiences, particularly for young people and families.
