Megan Thee Stallion is showing off her bootylicious body in a two-piece workout outfit. In a new social media post, the rapper flaunts her gym-honed body – including her incredibly toned midsection. She shared the mirror selfie via her Instagram Stories. How does Meghan approach diet and fitness? Here are her top lifestyle tips. 

Megan, who kickstarted her fitness journey at the start of 2023, understands that making a decision and sticking to it is crucial. “I’m really proud of my journey,” she told People in June 2023. “Fitness has become a part of my lifestyle. I’ve been disciplined and committed to working out on a regular basis and investing in my health.”

Megan takes self-care days. During these restorative days you can find her “journaling, praying, spending time with my dogs, working out, binging my favorite shows and just doing activities that make me happy,” she told People. 

Megan is all about bootcamp-style fitness. “I might have to drop a Hottie Bootcamp sometime soon,” she joked to People about the workout program she created to motivate people. What is an average workout like for her? Expect lots of squats and exercises to “build this bootyyy,” she said in a “FitTok.”  She also added that she previously did a lot of HIIT workouts and cardio to lose weight, but now she is focused on building up her booty and thighs.

Megan recently added Pilates to her workout routine. According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body’s inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
