Luann de Lesseps in Bathing Suit Enjoys "a Little Beach Time" — Celebwell

Luann de Lesseps is in vacation mode in her swimsuit! The Real Housewives of New York star flaunts her incredibly fit at 57 figure in a tiny bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. “A little beachtime,” she captioned the Instagram post. Luann enjoys exercise, and it does her body good. “I do weights for the arms because I have to wear these dresses that are sleeveless, and then the legs and then the tummy so I have my routine that I do,” she told Life & Style. In a 2019 Instagram video she runs on the treadmill, revealing that she does 15 minutes of running on the treadmill to warm up, and then moves on to “arms, leg lifts and abs.” She captioned it: “Money can’t buy you abs. Working out and staying healthy!”

Luann enjoys tennis. “You know summer has started when @mrsjillzarin & I play tennis like the OG days,” she captioned a recent post. According to ACE Fitness, tennis is a great workout as it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise. “While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding,” they say. 

Luann also does yoga. “Getting centered post #bravocon,” she captioned this post, adding that she is hosting a wellness retreat in Tulum, Mexico, which is happening this week.

Luann also loves to hike. “I go hiking upstate in my house,” she told Life & Style. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” says the National Parks Service

“I think working out is a really important part of anyone’s daily beauty routine and drinking enough water to hydrate the skin. Remember to drink 20 min before & 20 min after meals. I use Dr. Daryl Gioffre’s mineral & green juices every morning and stick to a protein-based, Mediterranean diet,” Luann told People in July 2020.
