Liberty Poole is taking time to reflect on her life…in her swimsuit. The Love Island star shows off her fabulous figure in a blue bathing suit in her latest Instagram post, posing with her pooch. In her latest post, Liberty explains that she was taking a much-needed break. “Home is where the ❤️ is – recently I’ve been non stop and quite honestly not always making the best choices for myself . I needed an escape with family, a refocus on what’s important,” she wrote. “I’ve been on a detox physically and mentally choosing better foods to make myself feel good , giving myself that time off that I need and I feel so refreshed it’s so freeing. Although life can seem hectic and with alot going on it’s always good to make time for what’s most important and put you first.”
Liberty prioritizes self-care. In one of her Instagram video’s she revealed that she did a week-long self-care oriented bootcamp, exercising and eating super healthy six out of the seven days. While her objective was to feel better and she didn’t “fixate” on weight loss, she “did lose a few pounds as well.” She added: “What is important is that I am feeling more like me again and happy.”
Liberty also loves calorie blasting activities. One of her favorites? Boxing. She shares photos of her sessions with a trainer via her Instagram Stories. “I’ve found I really enjoyed it and it is one of my fave ways to exercise,” she wrote on the video clip.
Liberty is all about heat therapy. She has revealed that saunas are one of her go-to treatments. “Self care always,” she captioned this Instagram snap, wearing a swimsuit in a hot sauna.
For Dancing On Ice, Liberty invested a lot of time perfecting her ice skating skills. “Joe and I training hard & getting in the Mode for Sundays Skate,” she captioned this Instagram photo.
Liberty is into weight training. To whip herself into Love Island shape she hired trainer Jordan Goddard from Limitless Personal Training. “She would come to me between three to four times a week, she came frequently, she’s a hard worker,” he told Daily Star Online..”We worked her legs, strength and conditioning and core as our main focus – she’s a hustler.”
