TV presenter Laura Hamilton is spending time in Greece. She just shared a stunning new set of photos and videos on Instagram from Zante. In one photo, Hamilton lounged on a boat in a white bikini. She captioned the post, “Our final day in Zante and it’s been a great one… I’ve had the opportunity this week (whilst working) to see a lot of Zante and although I wasn’t a big fan of the main strip in Laganas, there are some incredible coves and beaches only accessible by boat in other areas on the island. Today we rented a little boat and I got to explore a bit more with Rocco and Tahlia. Hamilton spilled some of her wellness secrets to Express. She says that she believes in a balanced lifestyle. “You can exercise as much as you like, but unless you follow a really healthy lifestyle and eating plan,” she says. “If you want to see results, you’ve got to have a healthy and balanced way of eating.”
When it comes to wellness, Hamilton says that she focuses more on her diet, rather than her workouts. “There’s no point exercising five days a week and then eating a load of rubbish,” she says to Express. “It’s sort of pointless.”
Hamilton spilled some of her favorite exercises to Express. She says that she works out on a regular basis. “I love to exercise. I go to the gym, and over the pandemic I was doing loads of online workouts.”
Hamilton tells Express that she loves to bike as a form of cardio. She says that she likes to bike with her family, and also uses a stationary bike. “I’ve just bought myself an Echelon bike, so I’m going to be able to do some workouts at home with that.”
Hamilton revealed her daily diet to HealthWellBeing.com. She says that she likes to start her day with two beverages. “First thing in the morning, I’ll grab a black coffee and a big glass of water. If I don’t have a coffee, then I’ll have a hot water with lemon and honey.
