Dundovic is a big fan of lifting weights as a way to stay in shape. She tells OK! Magazine, “I’ve been training with the Base Body Babes and sort of really looking at my technique. I do a lot of dumbbells and barbells, so I do weighted squats and deadlifts – it’s a bit of everything.”
Dundovic tells OK! Magazine that one of the ways she makes sure she eats healthy is by buying and cooking her own food. “Whenever I buy foods to cook for myself it’s clean and healthy,” she says. “I cook pretty much something different pretty much for lunch or dinner every day.”
Dundovic tells OK! Magazine that she isn’t a big fan of snacking. In fact, she says that she tries to avoid it as much as possible, and makes dietary changes if she catches herself snacking. “If I’m snacking it means that I haven’t been eating enough for my meals,” Dundovic explains. “So I just tend to eat really well, a really good mix of things and I don’t really snack too much.”
Dundovic tells Body & Soul that she is one of many celebrities who likes to start her day off with warm water, lemon, and tea. “I start every day with a glass of warm lemon water. I’m a really big believer of alkalising the body. So I do that, and if I’ve got time, I usually make a warm tea with a little bit of apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, some fresh ginger, a little bit of raw honey and some warm water.”
Dundovic tells Body & Soul that she likes to mix up her workout routines. She says that she has different fitness routines for different times and locations. “My main fitness tip is mixing it up. I think a lot of people think ‘workout means I have to go to the gym’. You don’t have to go to the gym. There are things that you can do. I have a great workout I can do in a hotel room with no weights or anything.” Here’s a quick bodyweight workout you can do from home:
