Pippen has amazing skin. She revealed some of her secrets to HollywoodLife. She says that she uses a lot of different products, and isn’t picky. “I’m a skincare junkie,” she says. “I try everything. I’ve always gone back to La Mer, but I will go to Walgreens.”
Pippen revealed some of her diet secrets to HollywoodLife. She says that she doesn’t believe in restricting herself. “I don’t think you can sustain that keto diet or the Atkins Diet,” she says. “Personally, I don’t feel like those work. For me it’s more about eating healthy and portion control. That’s the only thing that lasts forever.”
Pippen makes sure to eat healthy. She likes to cook a lot of her own food. She revealed some of her favorite options to HollywoodLife. “Today, I made oatmeal with a little bit of brown sugar, raisins and walnuts for breakfast. I have salmon, broccoli and brown rice that I’m going to make for lunch. And then for dinner, I’ll have a salad with chicken breast. I love to eat.”
It doesn’t take much to make Pippen happy. She tells Us Weekly that simple things keep her feeling well. She says that the pandemic made her realize this. “When I feel my best, I’m working out consistently, I’m eating clean, I’m spending great time with my kids, I’m rocking my jewelry and I’m just doing the most basic things,” she explained. “I feel like the most basic things I’ve learned make me the happiest.”
Fitness is a big part of Pippen’s life. She tells UnFranchise Blog that she loves working out. She says that this helps her stay consistent. “I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness. I believe that your body is your temple, and you must nurture it to get the most mileage from it.”
