In her latest Instagram update, the Bravolebrity shared a black-and-white post of herself and Biermann alongside a link to an article housing her response to the drama. She also aired her frustrations with the caption:

“I am TIRED OF ALL THE LIES and ACCUSATIONS. EVERY DAY, it’s always something new. I’m tired of so much BS being thrown my way. So you want to know ‘what died?’ Here’s the truth…”

As stated, following the link directed fans to an article about the situation, where she shared an exclusive statement defending the controversial post. In her words:

“So everyone in the world, it seems, is talking about my post yesterday. Let’s be clear— at no point did I claim Kroy was dead, nor did I allude to that.”

Zolciak Doesn’t Believe Her Post Was Misleading

The media personality doubled down on her innocence in the debacle, noting that sharing a picture with Biermann and the words  “#RIP” were not wrong. She stressed that the link she dropped with the update was a homage to deceased stars, not her estranged husband.

“The story it linked to also had nothing to do with Kroy dying,” she clarified, “The story was a tribute to many we’ve lost this past year. And yes, my relationship was lost too, so it seemed fitting.”

While Zolciak believes her words weren’t misleading, the general public didn’t, as they mistook the post as Biermann’s death announcement. On that note, the Bravolebrity found the confusion silly, noting she wouldn’t announce her ex’s death with such an insincere post.

She said: “People also need to get serious. Do you actually think if Kroy died — even with all of the issues we’ve had — my first instinct would be to go to my Instagram and post #LinkInBio with his pic and #RIP attached?”

Zolciak noted that people who knew her would never have believed she was announcing Biermann’s death. However, that defense seemed weak, given that one of her daughters fell for the misleading post

“Anyone who knows me — including my dear fans — knows that I’d have more tact and class and compassion than that,” the media personality claimed before sharing an important piece of advice to those who misunderstood her words.

“The moral of the story is people need to learn how to read and not jump to conclusions,” Zolciak stressed. As for Biermann, she assured fans that there’s nothing wrong with her estranged husband — excluding their tumultuous divorce. In her words:

“To reiterate- Kroy is alive and well and did NOT DIE, nor did I ever say he has died. And that’s that.”

Zolciak’s Daughter Slammed Her Misleading Actions

Following Zolciak’s “#RIP” post, her daughter Ariana addressed the drama in a TikTok video, seemingly frustrated by her mother’s antics. The 22-year-old aired her grievances to fans, confessing:

“You guys, I had about a damn heart attack when I went on my Instagram. I physically don’t have any f-cking words.”

Ariana was speechless for much of the minute-long video as the shock hadn’t worn off, and she kept repeating “What?” as though trying to find the reason behind her mother’s actions.
