Manrara says that she values herself and doesn’t put herself down. She encourages other women to do the same. “All women are beautiful,” she says to Express. “We all have something gorgeous or glamorous about us that perhaps we don’t appreciate as much as we should. It’s good to celebrate women.
Being a professional dancer, Manrara lives an active life. She tells Express that she works out regularly, and shared some of her favorite exercises. ‘I will go on the treadmill two or three times a week just for 25 minutes, then I might do some body sculpting.”
In addition to working out, Manrara is cautious of what she puts in her body. She tells Express that she has cut a certain food out. “I don’t drink cows’ milk,” she revealed. “I drink this dairy-free product called Mylk from Rebel Kitchen and it tastes like whole milk. It’s amazing.”
Manrara makes sure to get enough potassium in her diet. She revealed to Hello! Magazine that she loves bananas, and eats them a lot. “I know it sounds weird but I kind of have a banana with everything,” she said. “One of my favourite things in the world, and you’re all going to be shocked, is to have a banana with spaghetti.”
Manrara likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She tells Hello! Magazine that she started cooking more during the pandemic. “I love the kitchen! I never thought I would fall in love with cooking and baking, but I find it almost therapeutic to put music on and follow a really great recipe. I make mean fajitas and a great spaghetti bolognese.”
