Stefanie Moir, a successful influencer, is known for sharing fitness tips and healthy recipes on Instagram. Recently, she posted a video of herself using a hip thrust machine at the gym, dressed in light pink workout clothes. As you can see from her recent Instagram video, Moir likes to do hip thrusts to keep herself in shape. According to Gymless, the exercise has a lot of benefits. “Hip thrusts are a controlled and powerful movement, mainly focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and core. This exercise is vital for developing a stronger posterior chain, contributing to improved athletic performance, alleviating lower back pain, and enhancing overall physique. Considering that about 65 million Americans experience some form of back pain, hip thrusts are a great exercise to include in your routine.”
Moir shared some of her wellness tips in the caption of this Instagram post. One of her biggest tips is staying consistent. “Consistency really is key,” Moir wrote. “You will need to do the same thing over and over again and you will need to give it time. 6 months to one year is the minimum. Don’t think you can do a few sporadic changes here and there and in 6 weeks reach any kind to goal.”
In the same Instagram post’s caption, Moir revealed that she tracks her wellness routine, which has helped her greatly. “Track your performance and follow a legit plan! Setting a goal without a plan is just a dream. Get a proper programme and track your progress on it! Doing half assed workouts you saved on Instagram are not allowing you to properly progress. YES take inspiration and try new exercises but don’t go into the gym without a plan for the week.”
Moir makes sure to be disciplined. She revealed in her Instagram post’s caption that this is another thing that helps her stay in shape. “Discipline trumps motivation; if this last year taught me anything it’s that you have to dig deep to find that discipline and drive to chase after your goal. A year of no sleep, breastfeeding, post partum, fluctuating hormones, running a business and figuring out how to take care of a baby will leave you with zero motivation. You have to decide to work on you and commit no matter what.”
Moir shares a lot of her favorite healthy recipes on Instagram. In this video, she is seen making oats with blueberries and chocolate. Moir captioned it, “High protein baked blueberry and chocolate oats yea please đ« -60g oats -40g yogurt -100ml milk of choice -10g protein powder -1 tsp baking powder.
