Whitney Wiser is a very successful fitness model and trainer. She shares a lot of her wellness tips on Instagram. Wiser shared some of them in a recent post’s caption. “Working out. I need weight training just as much mentally as I need it physically. (Most of us probably do 😁). My training has changed quite a bit over the years, but I still want to look like an athlete…Even though my time competing on stage is done. Now is my time to help others who are in that season of their life to be the very best they can be, on stage and beyond the stage.“
As you can see from her Instagram post’s caption, Wiser likes to strength train to stay in shape. She talked about the importance of this in this post’s caption. “Yoga, meditation, stretching and breath work are all great tools for overall health…But strength training 🏋️ is just as important, if not more so, for us as women and especially as we get older. 😬▶️ By increasing muscle mass, this can help build strength and boost metabolism, leading to greater calorie burn even at rest. ▶️ Did you know it also can help increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis?! again 👉🏼 especially important for us women as we age. ▶️ Improved posture and balance: Building strength in various muscle groups can help improve posture and balance, reducing the risk of falls and injuries. ▶️ Enhanced mental health: Strength training has been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, boost mood, and improve overall well-being.”
Wiser talked about finding her purpose in her recent post’s caption. “My season in life has changed, but my purpose still requires me to be strong and fit. Being physically fit (and looking the part) serves my purpose still, just in a different way. If you think deep enough, no matter what your purpose in life is or what season you’re in, it still requires health, strength, and endurance on some level. Find your meaning behind it and you’ll find your drive and motivation for it.“
Wiser makes sure to eat healthy. She revealed in this Instagram post that she loves edamame. “New Snack Shoutout! 🚨These crunchy roasted Edamame beans are so good and super high protein! I like to use them to spice up a basic meal and also add more protein to meals especially if I don’t have enough meat. I aim for at least 20-30g protein every meal to make sure I get in enough of my daily protein. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼”
Wiser shared some of her favorite wellness tips in this Instagram post’s caption. She says that she makes sure to stay hydrated. “WATER 💦4 liters per day is what I need. Hydration is key to life. Period. 💯If you can’t consistently drink enough water then you shouldn’t even try to focus on anything else to reach your fitness goals yet 🤷🏼♀️“
In the previous post’s caption, Wiser revealed that one of her secrets for staying fit is making schedules. “Having a Plan & Scheduling it. If it’s important to you, then you have a plan for it. Remember, plans can change but goals stay the same! Have a plan, but be flexible within it if and when needed. Here’s my goals/plan for the week: ✅ Walking 30 min, 6 days/week. ✅ Resistance training 3 times/week. ✅ Stretch & core work 15 min daily.”
