Evelyn Lozada In One-Piece Workout Gear Is “Blissfully At Peace”

Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada is absolutely living her best life right now, according to her social media updates. Lozada, 48, shared a reel of herself looking happy and trim in a black one-piece leotard, posing barefoot in a bright marble bathroom. “Blissfully at peace with where I am in life 🙃💋,” she captioned the post. Actress Holly Robinson Peete responded to her post with three heart emojis. Here’s how Lozada stays happy, focused, and excited about the future.

Lozada is dedicated to her gym routine. “It is important that you exercise properly,” she writes on her website. “Personally, I start on the elliptical or treadmill. If you do not want to go to the gym, walking or jogging around your neighborhood or a high school track is just fine. I also do a bit of strength training with the weight machines.”

Lozada tries not to leave two days in between workouts as it becomes much harder to get back into the swing of things. “The process is NEVER easy 😵‍💫💪🏽. But being more strict with my diet & doing more cardio is taking my fitness journey to a whole other level! 💪🏽,” she captioned an Instagram post.

Lozada loves yoga sessions with her daughter. “I would have never believed years ago if someone told me that I would give birth to a yogi lol 🧘‍♀️ I’m so VERY proud of my daughter for leading a retreat with an amazing yoga class. I’m so proud of you for sharing your spiritual path with others,” she captioned an Instagram post.

Lozada has good dietary advice for anyone trying to lose weight. “Clean out your pantry to avoid temptation and clean up your eating habits,” she writes on her website. “No fried foods, no sugar, no junk food, no processed foods… It can be tough but you can do it. Personally, I don’t really eat meat, however, for those of you that do… eat lean meats such as chicken, fish and whole grains and veggies. Definitely eat breakfast, as this is the most important meal of the day. Skipping breakfast will actually do more harm than good. I always start with a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries and youthH2O, a caffeine-free, age-defying solution made up of the most powerful superfoods, which helps boost my metabolism and fight weight gain.”

Lozada prefers many smaller meals throughout the day. “Eat every three to four hours; this will also help to speed up your metabolism,” she writes on her website. “You need to consume five smaller meals instead of three large meals per day. Please do not skip meals as this will slow down your metabolism and your body will begin to store fat. Lock up the liquor cabinet and increase your daily water intake. You should drink a minimum of eight cups of water per day.”
