D’Errico revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview with FOX News. She is open about being a vegan, and revealed that director Sam Simon, inspired her to do this. “I went to the next room and he had me watch this undercover footage of a factory farm. At that time, I had no idea there were factory farms or what they were. I didn’t know what conditions these animals were in before they ended up on our plates and in grocery stores. I lived in the dark. I watched the video. I came back to the room where he had his podcast studio set up and I was in tears. I told him I was never going to eat meat again. He said, ‘Well, great. Let’s finish the podcast.’ And we did. But from that point on, I didn’t need meat anymore.”
D’Errico has a lot of confidence in herself. She says to FOX News that this is an important quality to have in life. “I think it’s very important for a lot of women, and for myself, to feel good about themselves. I like to look my best and I do that for myself. I don’t do it to be compared to other women or to be complimented. I don’t do it for those reasons. I do it for me.”
D’Errico revealed some of her skincare tips to FOX News. One thing she has changed is no longer tanning. “I used to do the old baby oil baking in the sun thing long ago to get super tan,” she said. “I’ve stopped that. I’ve let myself get a little pale and I wear sunblock all the time, no matter the season. If I want a little glow, I’ll use a self-tanner or a tinted moisturiser. I want to take care of my skin the best that I can and the number one thing you can do is stay out of the sun.”
D’Errico likes to research things she puts in and on her body. She says that she likes to research skincare products before she uses them. “There’s no magic product that will fix everything,” she said. “And when it comes to trying new products, I’m a professional researcher. I read up on everything I can because everyone swears that the new thing works.
D’Errico isn’t perfect, and she also isn’t afraid to admit that. She did so in the caption of this Instagram photo. D’Errico wrote, “I may be a little broken. I may be a little bit of a mess. I make a lot of mistakes. But I’m also a deeply feeling person in a very broken, very messy world. My life is beautiful organized chaos and I generally walk around in it in total oblivion. I think if we were all brave enough to be honest, we would admit that we all want the same thing. To be loved.”
