In one of the photos, she is seen holding hands with her boyfriend. In another, she is seen practicing her guitar skills at home. Camila has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets in an interview with British Vogue. “Every day I exfoliate,” Camila says. “Because from the shows there’s a lot of make-up, sweat and dirt on my skin and just from being in a lot of different places – a lot of different airports – you have to really deeply clean your skin. So I exfoliate every day, and I use this honey moisturiser that I got.”

Camila has been open about her struggles with mental health. One thing that has helped her is practicing meditation. “Meditation has changed my life in the last few months,” she says in an interview with Vogue. “It was practicing every single day multiple times a day that has been healing me, and, more than just helping me manage strong emotions like anxiety and stress, it’s making me a better human.”


Camila admits that she didn’t always eat the healthiest. However, now, she is prioritizing healthy eating. “I grew up in a Latin household where nobody believed in going to the gym or baking instead of frying,” she says to HELLO! Magazine. “Health and wellness just weren’t a thing. But now I’m on a mission to find food that I can actually feel good about putting into my body.”


One of Camila’s wellness priorities is taking care of her gut. She’s a brand ambassador for the prebiotic, gut-healthy soda, OLLIPOP, for this reason. Camila shared more of her gut health secrets with Well + Good. “Well, I definitely think food is a big part of everything. So things that have natural probiotics like tea or yogurt. Um, but also I take probiotics every day.”


Camila shared her secrets for getting enough sleep in her Well + Good interview. “I realize it’s better for me to sleep earlier,” she says. “So I try to go to sleep early and not be a night owl. Like even if I sleep at like two in the morning and wake up at noon, it’s not the same as sleeping at like 11 p.m. and waking up at 8 a.m. Also I try not to like drink too much because drinking really affects the quality of my sleep.”
