Bodybuilder Jay Fuchs in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Muscle Power"

Jay Fuchs, a well-known bodybuilder, actress, and boxer, works incredibly hard when it comes to strength training and bodybuilding to keep her muscles in tiptop shape. “It’s what I love. To feel when the muscle pumps up, to be the game I want,” she said on Instagram. Here are some tips she follows to stay in great shape.

She focuses on her mental health and clarity. “Damn I am so incredibly happy. 🥰My work of art that you can’t buy. A lifetime of work has gone into it. Now that I’m clear again and have eaten my fill, I realize what I’ve achieved again. Yes, I’m crazy proud of myself. Despite the strong wind, I never gave up. But that was never an option in my whole life. lol and believe me it often hurt like shit. Do you know the pain when you hit the little toe of your foot on an edge? 😵‍💫🦶There were days when I just wanted to scream. But it wouldn’t help me. So I carried on…Be proud of yourself…no matter what others say…take it in your dreams and hold on to it,” she said on Instagram.

She channels positivity and humor. “Do my hands grow with my chest muscles? I hope so because I want more chest muscles…lol 😉🥥🥥🙌 Don’t be too hard on yourself and take life with a sense of humor. For all of you out there without a sense of humor…🙃not welcome on my site,” she said on Instagram.

She doesn’t let people’s negativity impact her end goal and her drive, staying confident. “People keep asking me when I’m going to stop bodybuilding? When are you going to stop breathing? 😉🙏On that note…have a wonderful Sunday,” she said on Instagram. “Confidence gives you the skills and coping methods to handle setbacks and failure. Self-confidence doesn’t mean you won’t sometimes fail. But you’ll know you can handle challenges and not be crippled by them. Even when things don’t turn out anywhere close to what you planned, you’ll be able to avoid beating yourself up,” according to Psychology Today.

She keeps track of her progress and trusts the process. “It always takes time to process what happened. 💪🌞To analyze the body to recover. Very few people realize what an incredible amount of work it is to look like this. I am really proud to see that I have achieved my own goals.🌞 at the end of the day it is your life your work. no matter if you are just a number to many in the bodybuilding world,” she said on Instagram. She goes on to say “I am 53💪 and so much resistance. And guys :I will achieve my own goals…always because I do what I love..be it climbing a mountain learning a new language in a 🎥 movie doing my best again doing a show…the secret of youth in my opinion is trust and loving yourself…. be brave and strong and fight for your freedom…there is only one life…. damn live it with ❤️”

She focuses on growth and powers through the distractions. “No one can extinguish your light…no one. If you do your job with all your heart and nurture your values. I promise you will grow. happy friday,” she said on Instagram. “Researchers continue to explore the effects of positive thinking and optimism on health.
