Chatfield says that she likes to exercise when she feels like exercising. She tells Yahoo Lifestyle that this is healthier for her. “I wake up and I would be like ‘I feel like doing yoga right now’ so I’ll do yoga,” she says. “Or I’m feeling a bit anxious, so I feel like going for a run – rather than ‘I should run, to lose weight, to look better, to be more fit’.”
Chatfield says that body positivity doesn’t always work for her. She says to Yahoo Lifestyle that she embraces how she feels at all times. “Not being overly body positive, or body neutral. This is how I look, how I look today. If I feel yuck, that’s ok, if I feel great, that’s amazing.”
Chatfield recently came out as queer. She opened up about the process to Yahoo Lifestyle. “There’s been a lot of stages to my sexuality and me as a person, understanding my morals and who I am. I’d love to be able to tell ‘little me’ that it’s ok to let go of parts [of yourself] that you loved so dearly before.”
Chatfield spilled some of her wellness secrets to Body And Soul. One thing she revealed was her fitness routine. She says that she does a lot of different workouts. “I work out six days a week with a mix of HIIT, yoga, Pilates and just going for a run.”
Respect is a very important thing to Chatfield. Especially when it comes to dating. “In a relationship, respect is essential,” Chatfield explained to Body and Soul. “Almost every issue I have ever had in a relationship can be traced back to a lack of respect.”
