Earlier this week, Farrah‘s altered looks were apparent in a photo she shared on social media, as she showed off noticeably bigger cheeks and lips.
The former Teen Mom OG star smiled in the up-close shot, highlighting her higher cheekbones and plump pout.
She wore minimal makeup, and her dyed red locks flowed straight down.
Farrah, 32, wore racy red leather lingerie that left nothing to the imagination as it consisted of straps that draped around her bare breasts, which she covered with her hand.

However, the snap didn’t surprise fans, as the ex-TV star regularly posts daring photos online showcasing her changed looks.
WHO’S THAT GIRL?
Days earlier, the mom of one shared another pic of her flaunting her puffy red cheeks while in the front seat of her car.
She stuck out her blue tongue at the camera, seemingly the result of a ring pop she had on her finger.
“Follow me on my fun page,” Farrah captioned the post with a link to her OnlyFans page.
Hours before, the ex-reality star again showed off her shocking transformation in a TikTok video.
She filmed herself donning a skimpy nurse costume while showcasing her new LED face mask.
The white mask had cutouts near the eyes, nose, and mouth, illuminating several bright colors.
Farrah noted that the beauty product was meant to “fight aging,” and she would test it out that evening.
The clip then flashed to the adult film star trying out the mask while lying in bed.
Critics couldn’t get over Farrah’s completely changed looks and said so in the comments.
“Farrah …..your lips? What has happened to you,” one fan asked.
“What the….” another added with a scared face emoji.
“What and who is this?” wondered a third.
PLASTIC SURGERIES
Farrah has been open about her multiple cosmetic procedures over the years.
Earlier this week, she shared a video of herself coloring her eyebrows bright orange.
Last year, the former TV personality underwent lip blushing, in which a single mechanical needle tattoos the lips with semi-permanent colored ink, according to Cleveland Clinic.
Farrah also had a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty in 2010 and 2015 and went on to have a third boob job to correct a previous botched procedure.
Additionally, she received a chin implant, which she got removed shortly after, and has admitted to getting butt injections.
TOO FAR?
Many fans have voiced that they thought Farrah went too far with her plastic surgeries.
“Seriously her face doesn’t move. I don’t get how plastic surgeons get away with this. They absolutely need to regulate this s**t more,” one person commented on a previous post.
“Ma’am you can barely talk your face is so stiff,” another remarked.
Fans were first introduced to Farrah when she starred on MTV’s 16 & Pregnant and the spin-off series Teen Mom OG, documenting her life as a young mother to her daughter, Sophia, now 14.
She was fired from the franchise in October 2017 due to her work in the entertainment industry.
