Sydney has done MMA for a while now. “I was the only girl at this dojo, and I wanted to” mess “with all the guys’ [minds]. So, I got all-pink everything–wraps, gloves, mouthguard, everything–because when you walk into the ring as a girl wearing pink, the guys are like ‘whatever.’ But then, when you can kick their” behinds “it’s the greatest feeling ever,” she told Porter.
“I have two different routines [morning and evening]. My favorite I have to say is morning because I like using eye masks and my ice roller — it wakes me up. I wash my face with Laneige Cream Skin cleanser and then I use the Blue Hyaluronic Serum and I get either the ice roller or I’ll do a jade roller. Then I do the Laneige Water Bank Cream Moisturizer, and I’ll put eye patches on and use the Laneige Lip Balm — I keep the eye patches on for as long as I possibly can,” she tells the Zoe Report.
“It changes, but I like to start the day with berries. Right now, I’m really into this croissant toast that I eat with cinnamon sugar and honey butter,” she told Bustle. As for what she drinks, she has “never even tried coffee. I only drink water—for whatever reason, when I was like, 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing.”
“I’m obsessed with fun nails; I change my nails like every two days,” she told Bustle. “It’s something I’ve always loved. I remember in middle school, I used to sit on my bathroom floor with all of my little nail art and try to do my own nails before I went to school. I consider my nails another accessory.”
When online trolls took to poking at Sweeney’s appearance, she started a conversation about it. Some thought she was brave. For her: “There was nothing brave about it. It was a very low point,” she told Porter. “[People] see the glitz and the glamour and think that’s what your life is 24/7.”
