WE all know her for her ‘love’ of cleaning – but in fact, things aren’t all as they seem with Mrs Hinch.
The cleanfluencer has left many open-mouthed this evening, as she opened up about her ‘therapy’ and admitted that she’s not as ‘obsessed’ with cleaning as everyone thinks.
Posting on social media, the mum-of-two, who has amassed a staggering 4.8 million followers on Instagram and is friends with Stacey Solomon, revealed her ‘truth’.
Alongside a clip of Sophie Hinchliffe cleaning her home, she explained: “People assume I am obsessed with cleaning, the truth is I’m not, I clean because it’s my therapy.
“It helps me feel in control, I feel I have accomplished something each day, it frees my mind from over thinking and over worrying.”
But although Sophie explained that she isn’t as ‘obsessed’ with cleaning as people expect, she did admit that it has changed her life.
The cleaning pro concluded: “In fact cleaning changed my life, 4.8 million followers later, forever grateful for you all. Thank you.”
In the short video, we saw Sophie carrying out a number of cleaning jobs around her home – from tidying out the fridge, scrubbing the floors, to hoovering her car.
Sophie penned: “When I clean, my mind instantly feels free.
“When I clean, I have accomplished something.”
She later shared: “Thank you and welcome to my page.
“With love from my home to yours.”
